Grape Salad Parfait
Yields: 7 parfaits Serving Size: 1 parfait
Ingredients:
2 lbs. Grapes (Red or Green)
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 c. Sour Cream
½ c. White Sugar
1 t. Vanilla Extract
1 c. Brown Sugar (optional)
1 c. Pecans, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Clean and de-stem grapes
- Let grapes stand to dry
- Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, sour cream, white sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl.
- Beat on high mixer until smooth
- Fold grapes into mixture
- In small bowl, mix brown sugar and pecans (Optional)
- Dish 1 cup of Grape Salad into dish.
- Top with brown sugar and pecan mixture (Optional)
